About this event
Information about the Annual Meeting , Doors open at 9am and meeting will be called to order at 10am , PLEASE NOTE DIFFERENT FORMAT , we will be also doing the Awards Luncheon right after the meeting , there will be selection of American BBQ and Mexican Food Trucks , you will need to choose in advance ( see the box or if you have recieved an invite in your 2026 member packet you can mark and return and the cost will be $25 per person this includes Soft drinks ,Beer and Wine
